Manufacturer fully guarantees its products against any defects in workmanship or failures in operation while in normal, recommended uses and installation situations for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of sale.

What is Covered:

Manufacturer warranty covers assembled products, as well as individual components of the product, including: hardware, fabric, and any defects originating from the production process. The terms of this warranty apply to the original purchaser of these products and is non-transferable.

What is NOT Covered:

Damage caused by weather, such as wind or environmental conditions beyond what the manufacturer products are designed to withstand in normal use.

Damage or failure due to improper or unusual installations, including changes to the installation made by the homeowner.

Terms of Sale:

All orders for Sun Shades are made to customer specifications. These are deemed as "Special Orders''. No Changes, Exchanges, Refunds or Cancellations will be granted or offered once an order is placed.

Packaging & Shipping:

Sun Shades are shipped via UPS, FedEx or "Common Carrier'' truck. All claims of damage must be reported at the time of receipt. All "Common Carrier" deliveries must be inspected by you and any damage must be notated of the ''Bill of Lading".
